The Legend of Zelda was the first video game that truly instilled a sense of adventure in me. Hyrule was filled with so many secrets and very little else - everything had to be learned the hard way. I love this scene because it was a rare but welcome sanctuary in an otherwise hostile world, and it translates beautifully to a shadow box thanks to the light background.
This glass-framed shadow box measures 10x12.5 inches and the viewport matches the 4:3 aspect ratio of the original scene. All of the images are printed on high-quality matte cardstock and laser cut for precision. The sprites are layered and raised to create a three-dimensional image that brings the scene to life. Pictures do not do it justice!
